I don’t feel comfortable sending my title.

We understand and know how important it is to feel secure in mailing your title. We want you to feel comfortable mailing your title. Your title will be securely delivered to us, and you’ll have access to its FedEx tracking number. Also, if you ever need the title back, we can help you close your account and get your title back to you.

Why do I have to send my title?

Since the credit card is backed by your vehicle, we need the title to place Yendo as the lien holder. This does not change your ownership of the car; it simply secures our interest in case of default. If you decide to pay off and cancel the account later, you can request your title, and we will process the release and send it back to you.

How long do I have to send in the title?

Open applications are valid for 30 days from the date you started them. If the application expires, you'll need to restart the process. We encourage you to complete the application within the 30-day period to avoid starting a new one, as vehicle values can change and a new application might result in a different offered amount.

What is my partial credit limit?

Your partial credit limit is the credit limit that’s available to you shortly after you mail your title. Once your title arrives to us, we will release your full credit by the end of business that day.

How soon will I have funds available?

Once you ship your title, the partial credit line will typically be available within 1 hour. However, this can be delayed at non-FedEx locations, as the funds will not be available until FedEx scans the barcode on the shipping label.

Do I need to sign my title?

Do I need to print my shipping label?

No, you do not need to print your shipping label. You only need to take your original title to any FedEx location or partnering store locations that ship with FedEx, such as Walgreens, CVS and Office Depot. The store representative will scan your QR code that we provide you in your Yendo app.

How do I send my Title?

You need to take your original vehicle title to any FedEx location or partnering store locations that ship with FedEx, such as Walgreens, CVS, and Office Depot and mail it to us. We will provide you a QR code shipping label in your Yendo app once you've verified your email. When you are ready to mail your title, the store representative will scan the QR code, take and verify your title, and mail it to us.
